1. Course and Training Fees

  • All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started or the student has been granted access to course materials.

  • If a participant cancels enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued after deducting administrative costs.


2. Course Cancellation by Bangladesh Business Excellence

  • If Bangladesh Business Excellence cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • An option to transfer to another course or future session of equal value.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.


3. Consultancy Services

  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable once a project or consultation has begun.

  • If the client cancels before the start date, a refund may be issued after deducting any preparatory costs or administrative expenses.


4. Payment Methods for Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (bank transfer, mobile banking, or online payment).

  • Transaction fees or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.


5. Digital Products and Materials

  • Any digital course materials, e-books, or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.


6. Refund Request Procedure

  • Your full name

  • Course or service name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5–10 business days.


7. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Failure to attend classes or sessions

    • Technical issues caused by the user’s device or internet connection

    • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations beyond the stated course objectives
