We are looking to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in their subject area, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding learners toward their goals, and maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment. We value instructors who are motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and student success.
We are looking for the following expertise:
- Data Science / Data Analytics (incl. SQL, Python, Power BI, visualization)
- AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Cybersecurity / Ethical Hacking
- Digital Marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, affiliate marketing, ads, etc.)
- Web & Mobile App Development (frontend / backend / full-stack)
- Spoken English & IELTS / Language Skills
- Green Technologies / Renewable Energy
- FinTech + Blockchain
- Customs & Product Sourcing etc.
You are encourage to submit a proposal to become an instructor if you think you are an expertise in any area including or excluding above.

Rules & Requirements for Becoming an Instructor
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent diploma) in a relevant field.
For technical or specialized subjects, professional certifications (e.g., IT, design, finance, language) may be required.
Experience & Skills
Must have practical experience or industry exposure in the subject area (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
Should demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience will be an advantage.
Teaching Approach
Instructors must promote interactive, student-centered learning.
Lessons should be practical, updated, and aligned with industry standards.
Continuous improvement through feedback and innovation is required.
Professional Conduct
Instructors must maintain punctuality, discipline, and ethical behavior.
They must treat all learners with respect, fairness, and patience.
Confidentiality of student information must always be maintained.
Continuous Development
Instructors should regularly upgrade their skills through workshops, online courses, or certifications.
Participation in training-of-trainers (ToT) or professional development sessions is encouraged.
Performance & Evaluation
Teaching quality will be reviewed through student feedback, class observation, and learning outcomes.
Consistent underperformance may lead to retraining or replacement.
Compliance & Policies
All instructors must follow the institution’s rules, academic calendar, and code of conduct.
Use of AI tools, plagiarism, or unauthorized materials is strictly prohibited.
Attendance, report submission, and lesson planning must be completed on time.
Commitment to Learners
Instructors must encourage critical thinking, creativity, and career readiness.
They should support learners through mentorship, guidance, and positive feedback.
